One account. Three currencies. Five things it does.
Somewhere to hold the money, pay people, convert at a rate you can see, give your team cards, and make sure no one person can move everything.
- PoundsAccount in your company’s nameGBP
- EurosHold, receive and payEUR
- US dollarsHold, receive and payUSD
You were declined, and you still have money to put somewhere.

Send and receive, at home and abroad

Every state a payment can be in
Eleven, in plain words, plus one of our own. That last one matters most: if we can’t confirm a payment yet, we say so — we never call it failed and invite you to send it twice.

The rate you were given is not the rate you saw quoted anywhere.
Our margin, as a number on the screen
Every quote shows the mid-market rate, our margin and the fee as three separate lines before you accept. The countdown runs on our clock, and an expired quote cannot be accepted — it has to be refreshed.
- Margin shown as a line, not a footnote
- Server-clock expiry on every quote
- The rate you accept is the rate you get
Your team is still putting company spend on a personal card.
A card per person, with a limit that holds
Issue a virtual card for anyone who needs one, set what they can spend and how often, and freeze it in a tap. Card numbers are shown through the processor’s own component and never touch our systems.
- Spend and velocity limits per card
- Freeze, unfreeze, terminate
- Card details never enter our systems
Virtual cards work wherever a card number is taken — online, in apps and over the phone. Most business spend happens there anyway.
One person can move everything, and nobody wanted it that way.
Two people on anything that matters
Give each person the access their job needs. Payments over a limit you set wait for a second approver, and the approval screen shows the exact payee, account and amount the server holds — if any of it changes, the approval is void.
- Roles and permissions per person
- Second approver above your limit
- Any change voids the approval
Who can do what
Four roles: see balances, prepare payments, approve payments, and manage the team and cards. Give each person the one their job needs. Nobody approves a payment they prepared.
