Before you write
What to put in, and what to leave out
A few details help us answer first time. A few things should never go in an email to anyone.
Please include
- Your company’s name
- Its Companies House registered number
- Your name and your role in the company
- Your question, in a sentence or two
Never send by email
- Passwords, passkeys or sign-in codes
- Full card numbers or security codes
- Passports, driving licences or other ID documents
If we ever need documents, we’ll tell you how to send them securely. An email asking for any of these isn’t from us — forward it to support@ahvanah.com.
