Declined somewhere else
Declined because your company is new?
Being newly incorporated isn’t a reason to decline on its own, under our published criteria.
Why it happens
With no accounts filed and no history, an automated model has nothing to score — so it says no. Every business starts with no history.
What we look at, and what to have ready
What a person looks at
- What you sell, and to whom
- How you expect to get paid
- Who owns and runs the company
What to have ready
- Contracts, first invoices, or a short plan showing what you sell and to whom
- ID for each director and anyone who owns 25% or more
- Your company’s registered number
This is how our published criteria treat it, not a decision about your company. A person decides, within five working days of a complete application. We’re not open for applications yet.
